CITY OF AUSTIN “FAST TRACK POOL BUILDER”

Our company is a certified “Fast Track Pool Builder” with the City of Austin. This benefits you in two ways:

  • We have a current Certified Building Professional™ on staff to review pool designs and plans, to ensure they meet national and international design standards, while also meeting the strict municipal requirements of the city of Austin.
  • Our “Fast Track” certification with the city of Austin gives us “expedited treatment” when we submit our plans for approval. (Plans that might normally take 2 months or more for approval are now typically completed in less than 2 weeks.)

This unique program is a result of a joint venture between the Austin chapter of APSP (The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals™) and the City of Austin permitting department. The program was developed in 2012, and officially implemented in January 2013.
