Easy Pools installs a Crystal Water Monitor Inline at the equipment pad. The monitor continuously tracks pH, sanitizer activity through ORP, and water temperature while identifying changes and trends between traditional water tests.

Own the equipment. We monitor the pool. Professional monitoring is enrolled separately after installation/activation of a compatible Crystal Water Monitor. Cancel monitoring anytime; the Crystal Water Monitor you purchased remains yours.

Important service boundaries
Connected Pool Management is not weekly pool cleaning, emergency monitoring, automatic chemical dosing, or a substitute for complete periodic water testing. Crystal monitors pH, ORP, and temperature. Alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, salt, metals, phosphates, and TDS still require separate testing.
Chemicals, chemical-delivery purchases, repairs, corrective service visits, Wi-Fi improvements, and nonstandard plumbing modifications are charged separately. The monthly monitoring subscription requires an installed and active compatible Crystal Water Monitor system.
