Request professional pool-filter cleaning and inspection at an eligible Greater Austin property. The purchaser may live outside the service area when the property receiving service is eligible.

Before scheduling

After checkout, Easy Pools will contact you to confirm the property location, filter type and condition, equipment access, and appointment availability.

What the appointment covers

The appointment covers the filter cleaning and inspection confirmed during scheduling. Replacement parts, repairs, unusual cleanup, additional labor, or follow-up work are not included unless listed in a separate estimate that you approve.

Property access and additional work

Please provide safe access to the pool equipment at the scheduled time. If the equipment cannot be serviced safely, requires repairs, or needs work outside the confirmed scope, we will explain the issue and obtain your approval before any additional chargeable work.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or visits that cannot be completed because access was unavailable may be nonrefundable or subject to a rescheduling fee, consistent with our Refund Policy.
